Registration and authentication terms

To be able to use the services of this platform, you need to complete a registration form providing us with specific personal information to create an account and have access to the platform features. By registering a user account for Galderma’s GAIN Connect website, you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to the GAIN Connect Legal Notice.
The GAIN Connect uses IQVIA’s OneKey authentication service to ensure that everyone who accesses the site is an authorised healthcare professional in their relevant jurisdiction. Use of IQVIA’s OneKey Web Authentication service (www.owa-secure.com) is subject to the OneKey Web Authentication Terms of Use available here: https://www.owa-secure.com/sso/login?flowId=cgu-webflow) provided by IQVIA (www.iqvia.com). 
In order to register for the first time, you will need to click the ‘Register with OneKey’ button. Once you click on the button you will leave the GAIN portal and you will be redirected to the OneKey Web Authentication service, where you will be required to provide certain information in order for Galderma to be able to identify you as a healthcare professional via the OneKey service and to complete your registration for the GAIN Portal.
Your login details as well as any account-specific materials are personal to you and should not be shared with anyone else.
By registering for an account, you represent that you are a qualified healthcare professional and that all information you provide is truthful. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide for your registration with the platform.
When you initially sign-up for an account on the GAIN Connect Website, you will input your professional information in order to allow the verification of your identity as a qualified healthcare professional through a DocCheck validation feature. 

Pictures and patient testimonials on the website 

Any pictures of people being treated with Galderma products on this website, or any other Galderma website, are only examples of how the result may look like and which results the treatment have on these specific individuals. The pictures shall not be regarded as any kind of guarantee or promise of a certain result when using Galderma products. Variations of the result may occur.

Indemnity

Jurisdiction and Governing law

You and Galderma agree that any controversy or claim arising from or pertaining to the use of this website shall be governed by laws of India and be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Mumbai, India.

Force Majeure

Third Party Rights
